The Transformation Now Network

This is a proposal for consideration to creating a network of people who identify with Pastor Sunday Adelaja and The God Embassy vision and strategy as well as have visited the Ukraine one time or the order and have a passion to network and spread the message and methodology for national transformation.

Summary
Trends and benefits of cooperation will be explored along with the ways that cooperation can enhance the participants' development and effectiveness. We will also look at various areas of business networking and inter-firm collaboration.

The Concept of Cooperation
When we begin to operate in a climate of cooperation, defining mutual interests, establishing trust, and developing a problem-solving attitude. While winning and improving the bottom line is still the goal of the collective alliance, getting a better perspective on the other side's personality, capabilities and weaknesses becomes an important step towards that objective.

Creating Interest in Cooperation
Generally, the circumstances that we face as a nation triggers the need to cooperate. That means that the rationale for cooperation will vary among ministries and across regions. The more relevant the arguments are to the specific problems we experience, the more genuine and committed our interest in the cooperation will be. However, there are development trends that point toward cooperation as an increasingly important national strategy.

Areas of Cooperation
The possibilities for networking are almost unlimited. However, we can identify several areas that are especially suitable for cooperation. It is hoped that members of this Network would be available to help bring in suitable help in the areas identified in the curriculum of the History makers Bible College.

Logistics and Operations
Logistics, including development of a website or blog and both electronic and other newsletters to connect the network using relevant technologies and current information on current and relevant developments. It will also be the means of circulating news and resources currently available. Regular meetings would be recommended.
We will be expected to share our experiences in these forums and implementation successes and challenges for the greater benefit of the group and to mobilize resources to assist members in the network in fulfilling their dreams and aspirations.

Administration
This could be done by creating suitable administrative posts where members of the network can serve in various capacities for an agreed term thereby encouraging fresh inputs and management expertise available to the network.

Purchasing
The purchase of appropriate materials, expertise, distribution and other useful resources and Pastor Sunday Adelaja’s messages and books from the Ukraine and other relevant sources would be crucial to members of the network to enable us develop our various areas of specialization and calling.

Human Resources Development
In collaboration with the Institute for National Transformation the network will benefit from specialized seminars and training programs. Sharing and developing the expertise of individuals and ministries to reach our goal of national transformation.

International Trips and Exchange programs
Cooperation here can lead to exposing a larger number of people and ministries to our experiences and exposures in the Ukraine. Where its not financially feasible we can then bring the experiences and exposure to larger audiences by having a large team of people to who will be happy to help others come into this light in various areas and regions around the nation.
